Skidding & Sliding in #project86

Another awesome day on the wetpan in #project86 with the annual NSW 86 BRZ Car Club motorkhanna!

Toyota 86 Motorkhanna

The car performed absolutely flawlessly. I was a little nervous leading into the event thinking this might be the one that brings the perfect streak of turbo reliability to a close. The car didn't have a single issue even with multiple hard launches on launch control, bouncing it off the limiter and just all round tom foolery that you tend to find yourself having in a RWD car on a skid pan.

I've now clocked over 1000 track kms on V1 of the turbo setup without a single issue on a completely standard engine, gearbox diff and axles. I took some "short cuts" and perhaps didn't listen to all of the internets advice about "essential" supporting mods when going boosted on track but i'm now more than confident to share some insights on what I think is a bulletproof, entry level track going turbo setup - more to come with a full run down video shortly!

Many thanks as always to our partners that continue to support us, in particular to PVS Tuning and Sydney Motorsport Engineering who really made this turbo adventure possible!
