Let me take a minute to introduce myself

As I was writing my about me page, I realised I’ve never introduced myself to you guys. So here it goes...

I'm a 17 year old from Sydney, Australia. I started shooting photos 4 years ago with my uncles old canon 450d. 3 years ago I upgraded to a 60d which is where I started taking photography seriously. 6 months ago I upgraded to a 5dmkii thanks to my uncles Jamie and David. Last month I acquired another 5dmkii really cheap, because the more the merrier right? (But it more so the fact that my first 5dii plays up occasionally). A few months ago, I was given an old DJI phantom 2 drone. This was the platform I learnt to fly with and I caught the bug of aerial photography and cinematography. For the first time ever I actually felt limited by my gear, so I brought a DJI phantom 3 Pro after selling a lens.

In all honesty, as cliché as it sounds, I was one of the kids that jumped from activity to activity. I never really stuck to one thing and I was never really great at anything. A ‘jack of all trades, master of none’ if you will. Then I found photography.

And here we are. I'm 6 weeks away from finishing my final school exams, after which I plan to keep making things and working. Hopefully I can make a living out of taking photos and making videos and maybe do it as a job one day. We’ll see. If you have any questions, hit me up on the contact me page.

Thanks for stopping by.
